For structured documents (invoices, forms with consistent layout) typically 95%+ on the fields that matter. For messy or handwritten documents we use AI extraction with confidence scores and route low-confidence cases to human review.

Can it handle scanned PDFs and images?

Yes. We combine OCR with modern multimodal AI models, which handle scans, photos, rotated pages, and low-quality images well.

Is it secure for sensitive documents?

Yes. Processing can run inside your own cloud, and we can keep documents out of third-party AI providers when needed. We design the architecture around your compliance requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2 environments, etc.).

What happens when the system gets a document it doesn't understand?

It flags it, routes it to a human reviewer, and learns from how the reviewer handled it. The system gets better over time without retraining from scratch.
